Seriental Hotel I check in 3pm-11pm only

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was overall a good experience during the stay..

When we first arrived in the room, the side lamp couldn't turn on. That was because they didn't change the bulb to a new one. Additionally, the bathroom had bad drainage. The water took a very long time to drain after showering and flooding if the shower was left running for too long. To rectify this, I would suggest that staff check the rooms to make sure all electrical appliances are working and to fix the drainage system in the bathroom.

Staff are nice but limited English.

No simple bar fridge to put water in the hot tropical weather. Not convenient asking for ironing each time. Wish simple international news channel in Engligh are enabled. Only local channels which I don't understand Malay.

Quite a different concept of hotel and very good overall

it was a windy night and throughout the night there was some loud banging on the roof which disturbed our sleep.

This is my honest opinion and remarks on the hotel. I usually stay in hotels along Georgetown Macalister Road. This is my first reservation at the Seriential Hotel. The hotel and surroundings are stunning. The cleanliness is the main point. There is no dust indoors or in any communal areas. It's super clean and extremely comfortable. I chose the family room. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is enormous. I couldn't think of anything to complain about or change. Everything was wonderful. The water pressure was incredible. Those with sensitive skin may develop rashes or pimples after using a hotel's blanket or pillow. But nothing appeared up after I stayed here. They also have parking lots. If you are planning a trip to Penang, then do not hesitate to book this hotel. It comes highly recommended. Last but not least, kudos to the employees. Very friendly, understanding, and helpful.5stars to the management and the entire team. Lots of Love for you guys 💞💗🥰😍😊🤝❤️ I will come back again. Definitely 😍

no lift, no rooms at ground floor so need to carry luggage upstairs.

Highly recommend.very strategic place and the service was very good.washroom very clean.

The room we book for 3person but the towel and tooth brush only give for two person.hope in future can improve.
