Es muy lindo y acogedor tiene una vista hermosa y el lugar está muy bien ubicado

La comunicación con el personal no fue la mejor el sauna estaba abierto de 8 am a 10 am y la puerta estaba cerrada la piscina estaba muy sucia el jacuzzi no funcionaba la calefacción y tampoco lo que prometen de masaje hidráulico Eran las 4 pm pusimos música en la pisina y pidieron bajar el volumen entiendo que puede incomodar pero estaba temprano

El desayuno de muy buena calidad y muy buena ubicación y vistas .

Hay poco no personal para la atención . La atención de Karina fue perfecta, pero no había nadie en zonas húmedas y aunque existe la norma con las mascotas , había mascotas en el comedor y en las zonas húmedas . Agrego que Yo llevé. Mascota y se me solicitó cumplir la norma pero a otras familias NO.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, muy acogedor y similar a las fotos que están publicadas. La vista muy bonita y en general muy calmado y agradable.

El tapete del baño estaba sucio y creo que no es el adecuado para estos espacios.
