Ubytování je čisté, majitelé a personál se o něj hezky starají, resturace je velmi dobrá. Termální lázně jsou velmi blízko. Parkoviště u hotelu je super.

Chování personálu při příjezdu nebylo úplně profesionální, způsobené zřejmě neochotou komunikovat v angličtině, některé umí jen německy a samozřejmě maďarsky

Zimmer mit Balkon! Betten sehr bequem! Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der CheckIn unkompliziert und schnell!

Wenn man bei Dusche das Wasser etwas mehr aufdreht ist der Abfluss zu schwach, und das Wasser geht raus ins Badezimmer. Die Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum sollte man doch mal erneuern! Der Kaffee schmeckt nicht sehr gut!
