Toll, herzliches Personal, tolles Gelände, super Frühstück, Top Ristorante, eigenes Olivenöl und Rotwein, mmmmh

Staff was great, especially Cinzia, very friendly and welcoming, food was lovely, they even cooked us scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast, rooms very clean and the grounds are simply breath taking. I would go back there again for sure.Recommend it 100%

Bellissima struttura, per me la definizione di resort. Non lussuoso (ho preso la camera più economica) ma comunque ci sono grandi spazi verdi, la calma avvolge la proprietà e si respira aria pulita. Ottimo per una fuga dal caos urbano.

Sono andato in bassissima stagione e purtroppo il ristorante e la piscina erano chiusi. (Ovviamente non é colpa della struttura) L'illuminazione in camera era un po soffusa, ad alcuni piace io avrei preferito più luce.

It was an oasis of calm and the owners/staff were so welcoming! We had booked a tasting session with Danny the chef of the house to try their own oils, wines and meats and this was exceptional!! Danny was a charming and informative host, superb. Rooms were fantastic too.

Nothing really

Incredibly hospitable and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. The resort is beautifully arranged and tastefully decorated. Huge bonus is that the beds are very comfortable. It's hard to add more to the previous reviews because they do accurately reflect what you can expect from Domus Hyblea.

Struttura ben realizzata, gestita in modo esemplare. Accolti dal sorriso della Signora Cinzia, che con grande passione e professionalità ci ha illustrato l’intera struttura ed accompagnato alla nostra camera. Ottima la colazione, con prodotti di qualità. Cinzia, sempre con modi gentili ci ha comunicato che l’azienda produce degli ottimi salumi, anche presidio Slow food, così abbiamo approfittato per acquistare vari prodotti. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di conoscere il suocero, fondatore e pilastro della Domus!!! Ci resta da provare la loro cucina, sarà per la prossima volta.
