There were nothing much to like about the room & facilities. The rooms provided were very average and below expectations for the price paid, The toilet flushes were not working and were not set right even after complaining. 5 bath towels were provided for 8 persons and when asked why so were informed that for additional towels it has to be paid. No blankets and basic toiletries were provided. The A/c were not working and the room provided was Super Deluxe A/c Room. For basic facilities like towels, bedsheets, blankets, etc., needs to be paid addition if required. All this were. not mentioned in the Booking.com web. There was no restaurant in the facility. Booking.com to review of inclusion of such hotels in their web in order to maintain the reliability. Never anticipated that such Hotels exists.

The staff attitude were harsh, unfriendly and unacceptable in hospitality business.

Rooms are nice and economical. Staff are polite and helpful.
