The apartment was equipped with many useful kitchen utensiles (toaster, blender, mikrowave, kettle and many more) which added to the holiday feeling. I could prepare myself smoothies and different kinds of food without having to worry that it would not be possible. Also, the apartment was spacious and the lovely housekeeping ladies decorated it with their impressive towel folding art. The beach is being maintained every day and looks like a postcard. The chairs are super comfy and they also offer kajaks and SUPs for free. Moreover, you can just take a bicycle to do the groceries which is very convenient and saves a lot of money as taxis are a bit pricey. To sum it up, I really had a great and relaxing time at this place. Not to forget about the night guard Lloyd aka King who provided me with maaaaany fresh coconuts directly from the tree!

Nice and quiet, no one here! Very clean, loved the rooftop seating area. Sunsets were excellent. Staff are very helpful.

You need transportation as it’s a bit away from anything, but saying that you are between Seine bight and Placencia so both are within golf cart range. Sargassum is an issue in May, but the staff do clean it up (as much as possible).

The location is absolutely perfect. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The area is very safe and there is lots to see and do. Being able to walk out on the beach every day was just amazing. We will be back.

A beautiful, restful three-unit building with helpful, personable management and security on site, a good kitchen, wonderful view across the two-acre private beach, and a roof deck for star-gazing. There were kayaks, a canoe and bicycles that we used for a pleasant easy ride to the supermarket in Seine Bite. The sidewalk in Placencia village with its shops and lively clubs is not to be missed, especially on Garifuna drumming nights. Thanks to Edouardo, Ardie, Jane, Albert and especially Lloyd for your friendly and congenial 5-star care!

The staff and facilities were excellent!!! The room was comfortable (though bed is firm). Everything very clean, kitchen stocked with just the necessities but plenty supplies for basic cooking. The cleaning lady was super cute with little swans and decorative toiletries. Having direct private beach access with lots of water toys to choose from was great. Nice quiet location. Felt very safe and right at home. Security in the evening to ensure you have a safe stay was unexpected but fabulous and they are all so friendly! Definitely recommend.

The first night had a wonderful HOT shower… but the following day it was warm and my last 2 days was ice cold (which was weird cause the other guests had been gone all day. Not sure why that happened). Otherwise I would have rated 10/10.
