Zimmer waren neu renoviert. Aussicht und Lage hervorragend. Älteres Hotel, aber gepflegt.

Frühstück war okay. Es war etwas dürftig, aber genügend vorhanden.

Nichts. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern.

Das gesamte Haus macht einen sehr herunter gekommenen Eindruck. Die Geländer waren zum Teil sehr instabil. Der Flur roch unangenehm. Die Zeiten für das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr klein. Das Frühstück gab es für ca. 1 1/2 Stunden. Abendessen nur bis 19:45. Uhr. Beim Frühstück musste man sich selbst das Geschirr und Besteck holen.

Das Hotel war okay. Nach der Schließung des Kurhotel scheint Sankt Andreasberg immer mehr zu verfallen.6

The staff could be a bit better to speaking english.

the food in the restaurant was very nice and very German and the prices were fair. the one Staff member was very attentive and organized. we had a apartment and this was new refurbished and very nice, comfy bed and a balcony

the hotel is only open as per the restaurant opening times......so if you arrive at 3 pm in the afternoon you can not get access to the hotel until 5 pm...there is no note on the door or a ring or any information. The breakfast is very spares and there is no Staff. The Rooms don't get attended to every day and when they do they only make the bed and empty the bins, no hoover no mopping. the Staff that attend your room are the same who work in the kitchen and the restaurant.....seems very little investment in staff all together. The hallway to the rooms is very dated which is not a problem but in the 6 days we were there the carpets in the hallways and stairs did not get a hoover .... that space felled very dirty and untidy.
