Nice room , nice details , good breakfast ,attention to the customer.

We stayed just one night in this great little hotel. The king size bed was super comfortable (I slept and snored just like at home!) very good quality linens, super fresh and clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The front desk team were very friendly and service oriented. I would not hesitate to return.

This is a beautiful small hotel offering great comfort, immaculate cleanliness, an excellent breakfast and a very warm welcome. It is centrally located and provides off-street parking to guests, so one can leave the car and explore the city on foot. I highly recommend it.

Really happy to have spent the night at this beautifully renovated coaching inn in the old town of Bourg-en-Bresse. Our room (10) was perfectly appointed and stylishly furnished - the electric shutters and air conditioning allowed us to control the environment to suit our needs. Everything was immaculately clean and really well thought-through - it was a pleasure to stay. The bathroom was also great (shower and bath - impressive water pressure!), with a separate toilet. The room was well sound-proofed, but there seemed to be an all-night disco nearby, and the sound filtered through a bit, but not so much that it kept us awake. Friendly staff at check-in/check-out - it's going to be stunning when they finish the (discreet, noiseless) renovation work outside. Parking in the old courtyard with locked garages available if required.

Our second stay here in this lovely hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, the staff are charming and the breakfast is delicious. They are quietly renovating the outside of this old building and it is a joy to see.

We were so pleased we found this place. Perfect for one or two nights if passing through this town. The courtyard out front is lovely and the rooms are clean and well presented. What we liked most was the very friendly service from the owner. Breakfast was also good and they were careful to follow COVID procedures keeping their guests safe. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed overnight and found the staff and hotel very nice and helpful, as we got advice on where to dine (Brasserie du Theatre) and to get some "comfort food" for the rest of our journey to Italy. COVID measures where followed strictly and friendly, and everything was explained on how to access the breakfast area... Will definitely recommend it!

This hotel is full of character with lots of secure parking in the centre of the town. we are a couple in our sixties travelling to italy stopping for one night. Our room was clean and tidy but basic, not as nice as the rooms on the photos. Our shower room was small with only space for one person. But you get what you pay for and overall very good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit uninspiring.

Our group of 13 enjoyed a 5 night stay at Hotel Le Griffon d'Or. Everyone in the group was very pleased with the rooms, the breakfast, and, most of all, the very accommodating staff. I have traveled extensively all over the world and stayed in many 5* luxury hotels and resorts, and this hotel is among my top 5 favorites. The rooms are charming but modern, well-equipped, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The location right in the city center is perfect. The staff cheerfully responded to our requests and did everything possible to make us comfortable. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
