L'amabilité, l'écoute et l'efficacité du personnel à l’accueil. J'ai pu mettre mon vélo en sécurité dans un local. J’ai apprécié cet facilité.

La couette du lit est trop chaude pour la saison. Il serait bien d’avoir la possibilité de se couvrir juste d’un drap. J’ai demandé de changer mes draps qui étaient humides et pas agréable pour passer la nuit. Ça n’a pas été fait.

l'accueil été vraiment chaleureux c'est déjà la deuxième fois que nous y allions, et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Toute est fais pour que notre fille autiste s'y sente bien. Seul point négatif c'est juste que notre fille ne peut pas dormir sur le lit du dessus ce qui nous oblige a descendre le matelas au sol. avez vous des chambres avec un lit double et un lit simple sans que celui la soit superposé ?
