The staff, location and breakfast buffet was amazing.

Noise !! :( it was almost impossible to sleep since we were given the room on the lower floor adjacent to the breakfast area. The walls and ceiling are like paper unfortunately, and we could hear any step or shower next to us. The staff was more than nice in trying to help us and change rooms, but there wasn’t much they could do.

The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Antonio checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we were happy with our accommodation. The hotel is incredibly central to everything, ski hire, slopes, ski school and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh every morning and had lots to choose from.

Posizione ed ospitalità

Rapporto qualità-prezzo sicuramente è un punto a favore di questo hotel. Buona colazione con diverse scelte, personale molto cordiale e la posizione centrale, vicino alle piste è fantastica. Grande punto positibvo è la skiroom riscaldata con anche la parete per asciugare gli scarponi.

Purtroppo la struttura non è nuovissima e si porta dietro un po' di acciacchi come i rumori nelle camere, si sente la gente parlare, nella mia camera malgrado la ventola del mio bagno fosse spenta si sentiva un'altra ventola in modo molte forte, per fortuna non durante la notte.
