Location Issue wither resolved quickly

Pool area not very tidy could have been cleaner

There was no breakfast included.

The room was very nice but very small! Also, it was freezing! It was a chilly night outside, but no heat seemed to be available. I also didn't appreciate the $45 cleaning fee on top of a fairly high room rate. I believe cleaning should be part of a one-night stay's rate.

Very nice property. The pool was amazing and our suite was very comfortable.

Very clean and detailed to suit your needs

It was the first time I ever booked a trip through booking.com Normally, my husband plans all our trips but this was a last minute trip to the beach. I selected Playa Esmeralda Boutique Inn. The property is well kept, clean and comfortable. It is also beautifully decorated. It was very relaxing and intimate setting. We really loved it. My husband said he would like to stay there again. We were very close to the beach, just a 3 minute walk. Next time we hope to spend another day in order to explore more of Ana Maria Island. Maria was very attentive during our stay. She let us park our cars a few hours before check-in so we could go to the beach.

The only part of the check-in process that was difficult was entering our details in a link sent to me. It included scanning my driver's license. As far as I'm concerned our information was not saved. The sections that asked for numeric numbers to be entered would not recognize any characters. Ended up abandoning the site because it would not save when we tried to submit. We were already on the road when we were completing this step so it was a little stressful for my husband. I was driving while he was trying to submit the "occupant(s) information".

It is such a beautiful boutique hotel to stay in ; location is good too. There are cozy places to sit on every floor (outside of the rooms). If you come with a large family, there’s a large room with a kitchen and games to hang out in. Super cute rooftop access. Everything was clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated. The only thing was the pool/hot tub water was cold (maybe needed to be turned on for awhile before use?), as well as the room was on a chilly side. However, the hosts were very accessible and responded to our requests very quickly, even late at night. Would love to come back.

It was such a beautiful place. I loved that each room had private bathrooms and mini fridge. The set up of common areas were also beautiful kitchen and hang out area with game room and pool table. Upon arrival my husband and I were greeted by owner. He gave us a tour of the property and was very pleasant and they allowed us to check in early. The temperature of pool was perfect and refreshing . The entire property is well kept and very clean. The location is amazing. Short walk to the beach and local shopping and restaurants. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was having pizza and wine on the roof top. Can’t wait to visit again.
