GBZero customer service. They took my money but provided no answers to my questions particularly regarding unfortunate late check-in such that I was forced to find another place but still pay them. I contacted booking.com too but the also did not follow up. Either something is wrong with the system or these people are truly ignorant. They took my money then ghosted me.

KRITPosizione centralissima, stanza arredata un po' "retrò" ma in un albergo di montagna ci sta. Staff molto gentile. In camera c'era il bollitore, non è segnalato sul sito. Colazione a buffet con buona scelta, pronta in teoria dalle 7,30 ma alle 7,15 era già tutto disponibile, orario giusto se si vuole uscire un po' presto
