GBGBSuperb location. Staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Good shower. Nice decor.
Breakfast was bad. The bacon and scrambled eggs were cold, and so were the boiled eggs. There was no facility to boil your own eggs. Although there was a kettle in the room , there was no coffee or milk, just a few teabags, which didn't get replenished.

The only thing I wasn’t overjoyed with was that the breakfast could have been better organised! There were no cups for tea….. even though the teabags were there! You had to boil the kettle yourself and if you plugged the kettle in at the same time as the toaster it tripped the electric! The egg and bacon were lovely but out of 4 days ….. 3 of those days it was cold The rest of it was fine.

Very limited choice for breakfast. Eggs and bacon cold. 2 tinned fruits. Everything was of poor quality. Had to unplug the kettle before you could use the toaster. Staff didn't turn up one morning until 8.00am. The whole place is in desperate need of refurbishment. Old, mismatched tatty furniture everywhere. A chair in the bedroom broke when I leant back on it. The supposed 'wellness' area was poor. Control for shower broken, nowhere to hang a towel or clothes.
