The Carraig Hotel

It was a friendly relaxed atmosphere in the bar, the food was great and you could chop and change from the breakfast menu to suit yourself. The rooms were large and the bed was comfy enough for a good sleep

The bathroom really needs an upgrade, shower curtains are unpleasant and the towels were small and thin. Water ended up all over the bathroom floor and you could see where it was rotting the edge of the bath and walls because of it.

Clean and friendly staff.

Don’t stay on the first floor because there is a restaurant/bar on the street level. They play music on the weekends. No parking available for hotel. Must park and or find parking.

The Breakfast was not very good.

We liked everything, the location is fantastic and the people are so friendly The hotel staff were really warm, friendly and curtious. We also loved the food.

Good location

Had dinner in the bar which was fab and really good value. Breakfast was very nice, cooked to order so everything was lovely & fresh. Served by a lovely young lady who was very pleasant.
