breakfast super great. restaurant also great, with meat as specialty but not without other great offerings.

lack of quality bathroom amenities, shower small, and a bit small room. surrounding grounds, restaurant, hospitality all made up for it however.

Magnificant location. first class restaurant for fine dining with an exeptional view. they have a wide range off selected "dry aged meat" and we got it perfectly coocked.

it was a little bit strange for me to have fill in a list for what we wanted for breackfast. but we got more than enough and also perfectly served.

Beautifully renovated old post house. Rooms were large, tasteful & had all the facilities you would want. The views were stunning and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was huge and everything was freshly made. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make your stay perfect.

If you don’t have a car, this is not a good choice. Taxi from Chiusi train station was expensive €40 one way.

A beautiful, charming and almost perfectly clean B&B with a good restaurant (especially the "dolci" are very tasty) and all this with a beautiful view, in the picturesque medieval village of Città delle Pieve on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. However, there are some minor negatives. (my score: 8.5/10)

Once the pool is finished, this place is unbeatable if you want to spend your holiday, quiet, away from the beaten track, in the middle of two beautiful regions of Italy. However, there is a problem with the construction and I hope that this will be resolved for the owner and host. Many reviews are full of praise for the host, but I cannot fully agree. Orlanda struck us as taciturn and a little bit sullen. Maybe he had a bad time, maybe it was the fact that we only spent 2 nights (one night on our way there and one night on our way back from the south of Italy) There were a few threads of dust hanging in the room. But don't let that stop you from booking this otherwise clean and pleasant B&B. And instead of me, you have a 'click' with the host and give a score of 9...
