Hotel Cristallino d'Ampezzo

The location was really good, the rooms facing the back of the property were specially quiet. The rooms were spacious, lots of storage if needed. The hotel restaurant was really good and convenient if we were tired. The breakfast was great! The bed was big and comfortable. The showers were good, not great, but good.

The pillows were a bit lumpy. The water pressure for the showers could be better.

Solides, faires Hotel am Anfang des Ortskerns in guter Lage für Wanderausflüge und all-abentliches Ausgehen. Ordentliches Frühstück, brauchbare und hier sehr wichtige Hotelgarage - nichts zu meckern!

Staff were good -breakfast was good.

The last night (September 28, 2025) we ate at the restaurant. While the food was good overall there was chaos in the restaurant. The meals were served at different times, despite asking, the wine and vinegar condiments were never delivered to our table, the many items on the wine list were not available.

The location was fairly close to the town centre. The room was very large. The after-hours receptionist was extremely helpful in assisting us with a breakfast box when we left at ~5 am in the morning.

Very expensive compared to all the other locations we stayed at on our trip. The car park was an additional cost that was quite expensive for the night.

The parking too expensive. Ventilation noise that was cancelled only at night.
