The location is great but the hotel as let itself go. There is AC

The location is great but the hotel has let itself go. There is no breakfast ("maybe next month"), the was a restaurant, or two, but both gone. There is no food source with 2 blocks. Coffee is a vending machine. The room is good size but the amenities are old decrepit or rusty.
