トイレが臭い 布団が薄い（ニトリ） 外出時に駐車場スポットは確保されるかと特に確認したのに、戻った時にはスポットがとられていた。その時フロント営業時間を過ぎており無人。営業時間外の対応についてチェックイン時に説明ナシ。フロントですか周りを自分で探して連絡先を発見し連絡するも返信遅い。 男性浴場の浴槽に膝下くらいまでしかおゆがたまっていなかった

Staff were nice since this is our 3rd time staying during this 2 months trip. We enjoyed the hospitality that they will understand our needs and try their best to help. Also the view of Mt Fuji were amazing. We can check the visibility right through room's window so to decide going out chasing Mt Fuji sunrise or not. Nearby is already 八木崎公園where we took the picture of Mt Fuji Moon and full bloom Cherry Blossom!!

We really liked big room and interior of the room. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed for stay.

There wasnt any shower in the room, only onsen in another building. Unfortunately one evening there was no electricity in women onsen and I couldnt find any staff to help.

De authenticiteit van de kamer, volledig met tatami-vloer. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer op Fuji: prachtig! De gedeelde badkamer met warm bad was een fijne ervaring en er waren gratis wasfaciliteiten voor kleding.

De eerste keer dat we op futons sliepen, dus logischerwijs minder comfortabel dan bedden. De kamers waren redelijk gehorig van buren en de straat.
