Hotel pod Hůrkou

The place was really quiet and close to a convenient store where I could buy some food. It was also close to the train station making it easy for me to access the concert I was going to. There was no hassle to check in and out.

I wish I had stayed a bit longer and explored the area a bit more.

Great value. A simple clean comfortable room.

What bother med was that breakfast is exaclty at 9 am. Not earlier, not later. I get up earlier. So at 7 am I went to the grocery store next door bought food and bicycled over the the nearby lake. Just lovely. But I do wish that I could have had breakfast earlier. Or at least known that breakfast is only at 9 am before I paid for it. I might have gone elsewhere. ALthough there is no where else to go for breakfast.

I stop here second time. Quiet place, nearby Ostrava. It suitable for travellers with cars. Very tasty local food in restaurant.

There was no blackout on the roof window, so it was impossible to sleep

The staff was more than a top! Helpfull and trying to meet all needs they could have. Very kind and friendly,very proffesional. Hard working,always smiling,delivering 500% service (if 500% would be the possibility,they are the team who would give it to clients!) Thank you very much!

Staying in twin room,while other friends stayed in double. Shame the twin was so much smaller,but also did not have a basics like a hairdryer. Also the cleaning should be optional for each day of stay. The door hang showing "I want my room to be cleaned / I do not want my room to be cleaned" would be a freat to apply at your hotel. Shame at least the bin from bathroom did not get emptied. Little suggestion,if you expect guests and the weather forecast says hot and no rain,it would be great to open the window to let the breeze in-especially in loft rooms where it gets quite stuffy... deffinitely a hotel managment problem than the staff themself, The staff was quite the opposite! Top notch. From bar tenders,cleaning lady or a cook!!!! Great team I have not seen in hotel for quite long time! Hard working,smiling,delivering 100% service!!! Making sure you are happy. Thank you very much for making me feel so welcome.
