Quiet place, no parties. Absolutely beautiful place. Everything is in walking distance. Great host and great breakfast.

Breakfast was great, a very good selection of local fruits, pastries, dairy and fresh local apple juice juice as well as eggs cooked as you liked. We had a room on Level two and enjoyed sitting on the large balcony, eating wine and cheese watching the light play on the mountains to the sounds of cow bells, birds and occasional bike or cars heading towards or from stelvio pass. Easy wide on site carparking, friendly helpful hosts! The friendly well cared for cat Minka!

The mattresses are comfortable, and of great quality, but are of memory foam, so can feel hot if your not used to this style of mattress, we all slept well. There are a few flights of stairs, and no lift, but the steps are wide and sturdy, was not a problem for us, but
