O atendimento e a falta de isolamento sonoro.

location is in a so-so part of the city but there are some spots to park around it (no parking in the hotel). there was a restaurant 2 or 3 blocks away with nice food.

We disliked everything. our room was supposed to be at ground level with an inner garden view. the room was in the basement, with a view to 2 vases. breakfast was very simple. everything was wrapped in plastic, even the cheese and ham. but the worst part comes now... THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER, because there was NO GAS to heat the water. How come an hotel not have hot water? how come the reception not warning about this? we were tired from travelling for like 12hours and slept without showering... and in the other day, we left the hotel at 9 and water was still cold.

Room been dirty, floor in the room been crazy like nobody clean it for a months, ac made crazy sound which been not suitable to sleep, noise from outside street been crazy uncomfortable whole night, no parking. Avoid this place

Lugar acogedor y muy cómodos,las instalaciones bien, lo único el aire acondicionado que estaba haciendo mucho ruido
