"Magnifique hôtel sur une très belle plage."

Magnifique hôtel Nous étions en chambre familiale vue jarfin avec nos 2 enfants. Le bungalow est grand avec une chambre séparée et un lit dans la pièce principale.Bungalow très bien insonorisé contrairement à certains commentaires. La plage est magnifique et propre. 2 belles piscines Un staff aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet et est délicieux. Un sans faute.

Rien mais il faut savoir que sur Pagoda beach, peu importe l'hôtel, les tarifs des repas sont plus élevés que sur d'autres plages de l'île ( un plat est à 11$ environ alors que sur les autres plages c'est plutôt 6-7$). Les plats au secret garden juste à côté sont un peu moins chers 9$ en moyenne.

"Endroit magnifique"

Le personnel est trop gentil l'emplacement est top. Il manque quelques équipements comme un service de laverie et petit magasin. Sinon rien a dire Parfait ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

"Paradise found."

We have just completed a 6 night stay at this wonderful resort on Pagoda beach and i have to say, it's perfect. We stayed in villa number 11 and it was very comfortable with a lovely sitting out area overlooking the beach and sea. The facilities at the hotel are good and so is the resteraunt and the breakfast. There are also two pools. The beach itself is talcum powder like side and the sea is like a warm bath. The staff are fabulous, Kim the manager is a nice man and every member of staff is friendly and smiling, the cleaners/ gardeners/ waiting staff etc. A special mention though to Miss Sreypov who worked at reception and corresponded with me excellently in relation to my booking and making ferry/ transport arrangements. I found this lady to be super efficient, very professional and she had a fantastic 'can do' attitude. First impressions count a lot and this lady made a great one, which in turn reflects well on the resort itself. Thank you for a great stay.
