Room was having smoking smell, ac was not working. They got extra amount saying that booking.com don't show their actual tarrif. Making us ro wait 30 mins. Always made us to wait for checkin and checkout. It consumes more time

Inspite if telling them to clean the room they did not when I was about to check out they came to clean the room which I was not impressed nor interested
