Colazione scarsissima, niente di salato, posizione della struttura lontana da tutto

Reception scortese e per niente disponibile. Riscaldamento acceso solo nella camera e solo dopo il nostro arrivo. Le zone comuni come reception, corridoi, sala colazione e pranzo assolutamente freddi. Luci accese solo per l' indispensabile, compresi i posti auto al buio. Dopo il rientro serale delle poche persone presenti la struttura viene chiusa a chiave dall' interno, e non è possibile uscire, nè a piedi o col cane, nè con la macchina in quanto viene chiuso il cancello carrabile ed al cliente non viene fornita chiave di apertura. Nessuna possibilità di affrontare un' emergenza. Assurdo!!!!
