Good hotel

Shanthi Residency's prime location was a standout feature, providing easy access to the town. The presence of a good restaurant on the ground floor and secure underground parking with a vigilant guard added convenience to my stay. The receptionists were welcoming, and the overall friendliness of the staff contributed positively to the atmosphere.

The major downside was the uncomfortable jointed twin beds, significantly impacting the quality of sleep. The absence of a lift, coupled with ongoing maintenance activities that caused some dust, made navigating the premises inconvenient. The room lacked complimentary water, and when requested, the service was slow. The water supply issues in the bathroom were a notable inconvenience, exacerbated by the non-functional room phone, requiring me to use my mobile for communication. These factors collectively marred an otherwise potentially pleasant stay.
