La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, está cerca de muchos lugares históricos y el personal muy amable.

No me gustó las instalaciones del baño, tenía la llave del lavamos en mal estado y el desayuno, podría tener un poco más de variedad.

Excelente ubicación lo que hace más fácil el recorrido de todo el Barrio Getsemaní a cualquier hora, su personal muy agradable Alex y José, y la señora del desayuno genial.

La ubicación, el personal y la higiene fue muy buena. El desayuno muy satisfactorio.

No es que no nos gustó sino que faltaría unas sillas en el dormitorio.

Hospedagem maravilhosa bem no coração do Getsemani. O quarto que eu fiquei era incrível! Espaçoso, bom ar condicionado (essencial em Cartagena), cama confortável e banheiro bem ok. A limpeza feita diariamente foi ótima. A localização é excelente, a um quarteirão da rua mais agitada do Getsemani... mas isso implica numa localização um pouco barulhenta... não é uma boa opção pra quem tem muito problema com barulho. Eu dormi maravilhosamente bem e amei a localização! Ficaria ali de novo facilmente.

O café da manhã é o ponto mais fraco do Hotel. Ele é ok, mas bem "pobre", com poucas opções.

Localização muito boa, perto de tudo, mas longe dos barulhos. Café da manhã bem justo

Falta um frigobar no quarto, pressão do chuveiro muito fraca, o hotel é bem simples.
