The facilities are good but rather dated compared to normal western standards needs a good cash injection to modernise the entire centre as it’s stuck in the 1980s Showers were always hot with good pressure

Too much food served for a ‘health’ centre, I read other reviews where they mentioned rude staff or cleaners entering the private room,unfortunately it’s true as we also experienced this more than once A lot of the food is also old just reheated every new day A lot of cigarette smoke in the hallways Elevators that don’t work properly sometimes taking you up to level 6 even if you were going down from another level Rude cleaners that’s talk to you ,asking if they can enter your room instead of just quietly doing their job Haurdersser is rather expensive Old beds and medical equipment from pre 1990 Buffet can be crowded with many people leaning into food trays and losing hair from arms etc into the food The Main Street has changed since few years ago and now EVERY night so you can hear loud techno music from nearby restaurants which won’t help you if you came here to rest 😕 Parking can be restricted if you get there on a bad day Made a couple of complaints to the front desk about the cleaners but I’m sure they didn’t do anything Male masseur massaged my mum she was very bruised and sore for several days 🙁
