Nothing the person on the entrance wouldn't let my colleague stay

This was a repeat booking from the day before, 2nd night for my colleague. The first night was fine and when she arrived at 22.30 the person demanded her ID which she didn't have and wouldn't let her in. She'd been working in the area at short notice. A female on her own at that time of night who's stayed the previous night should have been accepted in these circumstances.
