Pequeno-almoço agradável, bons espaços comuns (principalmente a sala de estar), excelente sinal de Internet e excelente localização.

Haver um cadeirão no quarto - apenas tinha 1 cadeira num quarto duplo -, toalhas de melhor qualidade (a de mãos tinha buracos e estava esgaçada) e uma banqueta para colocar a(s) mala(s).
