The staff were wonderful. Very comfortable room with a kettle and fridge. If you didn't feel like breakfast, there is a supermarket and bakery right beside the Hotel. The staff in Yaman grill restaurant looked after us very well, smiley and friendly. Thank you.

Staffthe facility is excellently equipped. The lady in the mornimg shift is so nice and friendly.

They should better organize late arrivals of guests. They close the hotel at 10PM, without informing how to enter the hotel. Breakfast is good, but for that price I expected more choices of hot and freshly prepared food. Toiletries were not replenished every day. Only one toilet paper 🙄 The floor in the room and the bathroom is not cleaned every day, even when the stains are visible. Tea and coffee bags are not replenished daily. The price for the best room (junior suite) should include breakfast, and no additional payment should be requested.
