Everything and the lakeview made it exceptional!

The fact I could not have stayed longer

We had such a lovely stay here and genuinely don’t understand some of the negative reviews. All the Stef’s (the reception staff all seemed to be called Stef!) at reception were wonderful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The pool is fantastic, with beautiful views over the lake, and having direct access for a swim just outside the gates was a real bonus. Our room was impeccably clean – honestly one of the most thoroughly cleaned hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and we felt very well looked after, especially by Manuel at the bar, whose friendly service really stood out. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Garda.

The rooms are a little bit on the smaller side but why would you be wanting to spend time in the room in Lake Garda anyway

Brilliant staff. Incredibly helpful when I had not bought my transplant medication and helped me get a prescription Always cheerful and helpful. Hotel very clean. Breakfast excellent with a great choice Would definitely stay again

Location / views are amazing. Staff very helpful. 10 min stroll to town. Property very clean.
