Beautiful location right on the lake

Very friendly staff especially the two ladies on reception, Steffania and Steffania very helpful.

Die Lage ist top. Zimmer sind sauber. Personal ist freundlich.

Nach dem Duschen ist alles nass, kein Gefälle, damit das Wasser abläuft. Kein Grau-oder Schwarzbrot beim Frühstück, noch nicht mal Weißbrot. Immer nur die kleinen Brötchen und Weiß- oder Graubrot zum Toasten.

Das Superior Zimmer hatte ein 2 Meter Bett und war daher sehr, sehr eng (das Zimmer!)

El servicio de Manuel es el bar del balcón es insuperable. La ubicación está bien. Desayuno bien. La habitación y baño bien!

The location is a good factor, as well as the lake view of the bedroom (attention: we booked the lake view bedroom - more expensive than the normal bedroom)

I think it needs to improve a looot to be a 4-star hotel on booking. First, the bedrooms and the hotel are outdated, which you can see from the previous evaluations. Second, the cleaning is good, but the towels have a smell of vinegar/baking soda, I can't identify it... it didn't have a pleasant laundry smell. Then, the most important thing: the breakfast - a poor breakfast: served until 10am but we arrived at 9AM and there was no bread :) How a breakfast don’t have bread? Then we requested bread and croissant, they mentioned it would take 15 min, we agreed and decided to wait. The breads arrived - some of them were burned, but I was waiting for the croissant.. 30 min, then, I asked the waitress again and she said she wasn’t doing the croissant - speaking in italian with another waitress that I haven’t requested, which was not true. I was waiting, without eating anything (and I haven’t eaten anything since I arrived in the breakfast room) - nobody came to ask if I needed something. But the breakfast was insane the worst that I had in the hotels - in the same day, no fruit, no cheese, no bread - I paid more to have breakfast and, in the end, I ate nothing because there was NO FOOD! Besides that, if you want omelete, you need to pay almost 10 euros; in the buffet you have eggs but they are cold. So everything in the hotel is paid. Last thing - I already knew about that, I paid 15 euros per day for the dog and 15 euros per day for the parking - 60 euros just for additional taxes - which they charge you, but they don’t provide the basics: a good breakfast or a good towel. My last two nights I spent in Riva del Garda in a hotel called Grand Hotel Liberty - insane hotel, a totally different experience - we had sauna, amazing breakfast, they make omelete for you without charging, totally different experience.

Fint hotel, med grei avstand til det meste. Fint basseng, selv om det var litt kaldt midt i mai (soloppvarmet) God frokost! Ypperlig renhold👌og veldig imøtekommende personale.
