L'accueil et les explications précises, la propreté et l'intervention régulière d'une personne de nettoyage, la proximité du parking (bien penser à payer le parking).

La position de la chambre au dessus de la rue, un peu bruyant. La disparition d'un volet, qu'il n'y ait pas assez de prises murales adaptées à la prise du sèche cheveux.
