Hotel location and hotel staff was very welcoming. Included garage was a great bonus and was located just under the main lobby. Spa is in good condition, although it might get crowded during the high season. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful and kind. You have the same table for you whole stay and daily local "newspaper" was a nice touch. You might want to consider adding some daily headlines from actual news to that. Drive to the village is fairly easy - it's not long from the main highway and the roads are well maintained. There is a small shop next door and a pizzeria within few hundred meters. Besides that there is hardly anything around, which is great if you look for silence and relaxation

Outdoor pool is quite far from the sauna area, multiple stairs and long corridors.

We LOVED our stay at this hotel. The staff was so well trained, so polite and nice, we really appreciated their hard work and professionalism! The location is STUNNING! The hotel is very well located and the facilities are great. The food.. OMG! One of the best culinary experiences we’ve had so far.

One of the things we were a bit dissapointed with was the room/bathroom’s confort. I believe it could use some upgrade in terms of furniture/appliances and cleaning as well. Right before checking out, I’ve noticed a bug (it looked like a bed bug) on the curtain. Another thing, was the water temperature in the swimming pool (the kids and family one), which was quite low for our 7 months old baby to enjoy it. We really hope these aspects will be improved soon as we plan on going back there next year.

Breakfast were great! The pool and fitness are great, new and clean. Dinner was great too. All in all great place, it has everything.

Fitness opening hours limited. Not for the one who wants to workout after dinner.
