The property is wonderfully located on the beachfront overlooking the islands of Panarea and Stromboli. It’s only a stroll away from the main square of Santa Marina village. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We felt at home welcomed by our host Angela caring hospitality.

Brilliant location and view from the room. Helpful staff. Good to have access to a washing machine.

Fabulous sitting on the deck chairs on the roof in the evening as the sun goes down, and then later star gazing.

Hotel Punta Barone is an amazing place to stay. Every window opens to a view to the sea and the islands Stromboli, Panarea and Lipari. The beach and the main road ( Via Risorgimento which gives you access to restaurants, shops are all a pleasant stroll away. To make things even more exceptional is the cleanliness and the host Angela so very helpful in so many ways. Nothing was a problem. I defiantly would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Short walk from the town centre right on the water with sea views. Friendly and helpful host.

Wifi connection was weak in our room, but okay at reception.

We had a great stay at Hotel Punta Barone, centrally located in Santa Marina Salina, easy access to hydrofoil, restaurants and all island entertainments. Angela made us feel at home the whole time, giving us all sorts of recommendations and support to book activities as well as checking we were having a good time! Highly recommended

The location was amazing, with beautiful terraces looking over the sea. At night you could see Stromboli firing. Angela, the property manager, was very sweet and gave us a lot of useful information.

I can’t recall anything significant. In general I find shower cabins in Italy quite small and this was the same, the standard size.

Host, Angela was very welcoming and gave us lots of great information. Welcomed on arrival with a fresh juice and delicious cake. Breakfast was good.

A laundry facility would be helpful.
