"Quiet, wooded location near the downtown spa area"

The hotel is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic stay with personalized attention from the hosts. I didn't book for the romantic atmosphere, but for the quiet location that just a stone's throw away from the spa and downtown area which was lovely.

The smell of the room (air freshener?) was far too strong and I had to open the window.

good location - in the middle of park, good for having walks around, not far away from center of Frantiskovy Lazne. Good location for making trips to surrounding area. Very good and rich breakfast, friendly staff, private parking, comfortable beds. Wifi and TV as standard.

No heating during night which was covered by discount at the end. Very tiny walls between rooms so we heard everything from neighbours - missing privacy a lot.
