la situation géographique est unique dans la région.

C'était mon 2ieme séjour la et je remarque une forte dégradation au niveau l'engagement du personnel de servir le client. En plus la chambre réservée chez booking.com (chambre double de luxe utilisé par 1 personne) ne correspond pas les catégories a l'hôtel (Sternguckerzimmer de 14m2). Le prix chez booking 180,- et le prix chez l'hôtel est afficher avec 149,-€ pour cette catégorie. La direction m'avait propose une autre chambre.

Fantastic natural location. Excellent breakfast. Good wifi. Good ( not perfect) spa area.

A bit obsolete & worn out. Too expensive. Isolated, so no other choice in terms of restaurants, bars, shops.
