La habitación es amplia y con buen cerramiento . El personal de la cafetería, las señoritas amables y muy rápidas.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

A staff member in the evening was not very friendly. He was working between the cafe and the hotel reception. He did, however, provide us a room change that enabled us to have 2 single beds, not a double bed. The breakfast arrangement was unclear. The toasted sandwich, orange and coffee were very nice, but there was no indication that we could have more food or drink. I was unclear of the benefit of paying for the breakfast in advance or simply paying at the cafe for what we ate.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby. One thing that truly stood out was the housekeeping service. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day—not just fresh towels, but a complete cleaning, and even the bed linens were changed daily, which was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. A special thanks to the receptionist, who gave us so many useful recommendations for places to visit in the area. Her advice made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

El trato del personal.

No funciona la television. El wifi no va, con lo que no pude trabajar. La música de reguetón contínuo en la cafetería hizo que picara algo rápidamente y me fuera. No acoge para quedarse trabajando o relajado. Les pasó a otras mesas también.
