USBreakfast, location, size of room were great.
Older lady at the front desk was very judgmental and short with customers. The younger man and women were fantastic and very helpful with purchasing hiking and train tickets, dinner recommendations, and help with room air and lighting. A/c was not working in our room but able to open the door at night for cooling.

AUA great hotel with all facilities you need. Spotlessly clean and well kept. Staff were great, especially reception and all the waiters and waitresses. Pool and garden kept clean and beautiful. Breakfast was great, a fresh water fountain available. Bar with a great barman. Food and prices were great too. Beach towels available.A perfect location with fabulous grounds and facilities. Loved having terraces and outdoor areas to relax in.
