La ubicación muy bien

El clima necesitan mejorarlo

The manager was a nice person towards me, even to help with ordering a takeout for me, however, the a/c was not working as it was old and not functioning in 100° heat of mexico.

The a/c was not working and i didn't sleep. I left at 6am next day to find another hotel, even though I paid for 2dys.. This was on the weekend and no vacancies. What was more upsetting, it was my birthday and I tried not for the Lucero 2 hotel ruin it, but it did. I even asked her to change my room, she said she had to contact the owner, as the owner was out of town in Guadalajara. She never changed my room, exasperating my anger and overheating my body, a night of uncomfortable misery.

Location, cleanliness and staff.

We didn’t have water in the room for last 2 days

Very clean, & nice bathroom

The light & electrical in the bathroom did not work correctly

The gardens were lush , right in front of lake, clean and spacious

Nothing

everything was awesome! especially having a great view of la laguna (the lake) just outside of my room . The location is perfect,the place is clean..way more than i was expecting

there was nothing I didn't like to be honest.
