Hotel Giardinetto

The hotel was amazing! it's right on the water and the view is breathtaking! we came there for our honeymoon and we got upgraded to a room with a lake view and it made our stay so we recommend booking a lake front room. The staff was very nice and we felt welcomed by everyone. We will definitely be back

The hot tub on the rooftop was out of order

Wir konnten den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein oder Prosecco nicht auf der Dachterrasse geniessen ,wie man uns erklärte,sei diese am Abend aus Sicherheitsgründen geschlossen. Sehr schade für eine so wunderschöne Terrasse und Hotel.

Parken kostet 18€ am Tag und die Lage vom Parkplatz

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade. Das Frühstück war ok

Durch die Lage extrem laut, bis in die Nacht und auch in den frühen Morgenstunden. Der Empfang war recht unfreundlich. Erst wurden die administrativen Sachen erledigt vor uns, den Code für den Parkplatz gab. Das Zimmer hätte deutlich mehr Ablagefläche bieten können.

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer,jeglichen Komfort und Seeblick,alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit und das alles in bester Lage von Garda! Absolut zu empfehlen!!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön renoviert – modern, stilvoll und gepflegt. Besonders die Zimmer haben uns begeistert: sie sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wirklich zum Wohlfühlen.

Leider konnte das Frühstück mit diesem positiven Gesamteindruck nicht ganz mithalten: Die Brötchen wirkten altbacken und das Rührei erinnerte eher an ein Industrieprodukt. Sehr schade – denn mit etwas mehr Qualität beim Frühstück würde der Aufenthalt rundum überzeugen.

The location was superb, right on the main promenade in Garda town. All restaurants and shops etc were just minutes away. Our room directly overlooked the lake and the view just took your breath away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The roof terrace was definitely an added bonus and we chilled up there before dinner on a couple of evenings. It would benefit from some parasols for shade in the high season.

On occasions the restaurant was almost empty and lacked atmosphere. I would describe the menu as ‘high end’ and therefore expensive. We ate there one night of our stay and the food was delicious and the staff attentive. I think there is a lot of competition along that stretch of the promenade and maybe a little adjustment to the menu on offer may tempt more people in to eat.
