AUGreat location to restaurants & beaches. Well maintained property with polite & prompt staff. Communication with hotel to organise an airport transfer prior to arrival was easily done. Pool area had a good vibe.

This was our first time staying at the Pelican Bay hotel but it certainly won’t be the last. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with fantastic views of the ocean. Not to mention how well maintained the property is and our room as well. The staff goes above and beyond from top to bottom making our stay memorable. The food and drinks you get poolside were phenomenal. Not to mention the morning breakfast is delicious with a large selection to choose from. If you are contemplating booking this place for your stay, just do it!
GBWe were upgraded to the suite with the private shared pool and it was probably the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was perfect. Really recommend
USlocation is absolutely perfect, next to one of the best beaches Psarrou. Restaurants and bus transportation are 2min walk from hotel. The staff really take care of their guests and make things seamless. This was my second time staying here and I highly recommend Pelican ❤️Bae❤️

The hotel front desk were courteous. I am posting to let visitors know that several of my clothing items are missing and I believe they were taken from my luggage from my room. Our friend also stated that their hotel room door was left open upon retiring to their room. I am missing white pants, a tan/brown dress, a pullover light crème jacket and several T-shirts. (Women’s clothing). I recommend that you buy a lock keep your luggage locked. I am very upset and wanted to caution anyone staying at this hotel, It has left a bad impression on my visit to Greece.

- pool water was green & too warm for a cool-down - room was really hot, even with AC on full blast. bathroom floor was heated in July, which is why bathroom was the hottest part of the room. - 'sea view' room without direct view of the sea, only once we exited the room we were able to see the sea
