Hotel Rinconada

The location is great . Has a roof top that is to die for , has a lot of sitting options .The property manager is wonderful. FYI across the street , there are vendors selling food from 9am-4. 5-11/12 pm different food options . Walking distance to all the tourist locations . Also they will have coffee or tea 24 hours available for coffee or tea lovers

Absolutely nothing

Rinconada is part of Casa oratorio so guest can enjoy the terrace over at casa oratorio.

Location was perfect and considering its central location, it was very quiet as well.

the room felt dark and not much natural light. It was not bright and inviting which is what I was expecting more to be honest

The location was perfect for all of the sights we wanted to see.

Coffee in the mornings would have been really appreciated.

Location

My room didn’t have a window which they didn’t show in the description. Room didn’t feel clean. I saw a lot of hair and some trash. Also the reservation didn’t require prepayment but they charged the full amount to my debit card that I used to hold the reservation even though I needed to pay with a different credit card at the property. They said they can’t change the form of the payment which doesn’t make sense at all.
