"Très belle et bonne escale sur la route des puys"

L'hôtel, très bien situé, est entouré d'espaces verts et fleuris, avec vue sur les puys. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir diner sur place sur la terrasse et gouter les spécialités locales.

La chambre, exposée à l'ouest était un peu chaude.

"Un bel hôtel avec des chambres confortables mais certains membres du personnel insuffisamment formés"

Petit déjeuner correct avec des produits locaux mais peu de choix, uniquement du pain blanc et pas d’œufs. Si je l’avais su, je n’aurais pas pris de petit déjeuner, d’autant plus que le personnel nous a laissé entendre , lors du check in, qu’il était compris dans le prix.

Problème de transmission des informations par le personnel du soir lors d’une modification de la réservation par téléphone.
