Good hotel in mountain village. Service in hotel and restaurant is perfect. Perfect for stay during summer hiking. Underground parking.

As usual for Germany pillows can be better.

We stayed in a Junior suite with balcony and the mountain view was amazing. Great room for the couples. We also liked 4 courses dinner, garage parking and a good bye present. Thank you and we are looking forward to come back one day.

Poor Wi-Fi. Two mattresses instead of one king size mattress.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in the Dolomites. The location is perfect. Views from the balcony are amazing. We did the full board with meals included which I would recommended. The spa is super cool. I just wish the hot tubs were warmer. Maybe it’s a Euro thing but the hot tubs where just barley warm.

It cost to much for what it give. The hotel is ok but too costly. At the same price you can get much more in ortisei, that is a bigger and nicer city than santa cristina (no far from santa cristina)

Indoor/outdoor pool is amazing and there are good wellness facilities like hammam and sauna. Mountain views are awesome. Location is excellent. There is a bus stop few steps away and there is also a supermarket close by. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast and dinner is exceptional. Overall highly recommended.

Minor maintenance is required, but nothing major that would effect your stay. Wifi reception was poor in our room.

I spent 7 nights in July in this great hotel with a family group of 9 people and a total of 3 rooms. The hotel is well located both in the small town of S. Cristina and as a central point in Val Gardena. It offers half board meal accommodation with large buffet breakfast and very good meals at night. We stayed in a family suite with 2 beds for children in an upper level. There was no air conditioning as is common in most hotels in the area, so it got hot sometimes, but I am sure in winter it is fine. Comfortable beds in the rooms. Bathroom is clean and large, with good toiletries (we actually bought 3 bottles of their body lotion cream...). There are 2 pools for everyone and 2 pools for adults only with a spa (which we did not use). The hotel has a garage for parking. Staffing was exceptional, from Laura at the reception and Luigi in the restaurant: they were there from 7:30 in the morning until 10:30 at night every day working hard and always helpful. All in our group were very happy with this hotel, we will definitely consider coming back.
