"Extremely Disappointing Stay - Poor Service and Misleading Room Details"

Nothing but the location

The experience was terrible from start to finish. The AC wasn’t working, the staff was unhelpful, and the room quality was far below expectations. The suite was advertised as accommodating up to 3 guests, and I specifically booked for 3 adults, but the space was clearly not suitable for that. I had also requested an extra bed at the time of booking, but it was never provided — not even as a paid option. The lack of support and poor service made the stay extremely frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth it.
