Booking this hotel is my biggest mistake. There is no one to listen to me, I make my booking from booking com and I have my booking confirmation with the dedicated price of 700+ taxes, but when I reached the hotel reception they staff denying to provide me the rooms with saying the room prices is 1800rp and we don't accept this booking I try to explain them that I have my confirmation with you guys but they uneducated people start shooting and I just walk away from there that way the worst experience i even had.. I really like to share the same on Twitter so people are just aware of the booking.com mistake and the hotel who had this kind of uneducated people in their system...

Location is close to Mayapuri Metro. If facilities and attitude of hotel improves it may be a good option.

1. Tartif shown on website are lesser. Hotel charging more than double in check in.when asked about it, they say it is only booking amount whereas nowhere this is mentioned on site. 2.The food which we ordered in restaurant was delioucious but what we ordered in room was not upto good standard. It seems that food for room delivery was prepared in bulk for room service. 3. Hotel staff and the owner are not bothered about providing facilities. They are focused only on taking booking. Seen number of guests complaining with staff on various issues including online price cheat but staff says it is fault of oyo or online portal and they will not provide room at online mentioned price.

Never ever stay.. Pathetic .. I do not want wat my time on reviewing this hotel. Even if it is for Rs. 200 .. Do not stay

Made us wait for more than an hour after our long journey from flight. Unresponsive staff. horrable attitute

The staff was asking for more money at the time of check in . They are not considered my online booking tariff.

Please mention the actual price at the time of booking on site.
