Wildflower Hall, An Oberoi Resort, Shimla

Excellent facilities and extremely attentive staff who go out of the way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The outside breakfast area, the sunroom, and the Jacuzzi / Pool area have to be amongst the best anywhere in the world. We traveled with our 4 year old and the staff service and care was exceptional throughout the stay!

For shorter stays of 2-3 days everything is perfectly fine. However, for a longer stays, I think would be helpful to have some more activities for adults and possibly a little more diverse restaurant menu.

Stunning beautifully appointed property. Warm welcome and excellent care by staff at all times. Lovely bar with open fire. Stunning pool and outdoor jacuzzi with draw dropping views. Our room was large and extremely comfortable with beautiful views towards the snow capped Himalayas. New Year’s gala dinner event was fun with attentive service, good food and wines (and many other drinks!) and an excellent live band. All meals were very good with a choice of places to sit which gives variety.

If you want to stay at this amazing property, you will have to contend with a c.45 minute drive to the centre of Shimla due to heavy traffic which is a little frustrating but a daily reality.

The location was amazing. The rooms were superb with a good view. Clean property

Food was expensive yet the preparations were average. The Christmas gala dinner was exorbitant and very less options for vegetarians. A BIG Disappointment as only a couple of dishes were edible.
