I was not sleeping in this hotel since there were loud noices and dancing in next room by unprofessional behaviour. It was my bad experience and my money is wasted

Plenty of really hot water from water heater and good shower. Clean room with soap and shampoo. Comfortable bed Everything worked! ]1 Friendly helpful polite staff.

Pillows like hard bullets - no give in them to cradle your head. No cotton top sheet - just a fleece blanket - bring your own or a silk sleeping bag. Bathroom door on the inside looked filthy and slightly disintegrating with soap/water stains from shower. Reception area shabby. No wi fi in room, just in reception.

Location and privacy of the rooms I liked the most.

As soon as entering the reception at 1st September night 8:00pm , the reception in charge before doing check in formalities started telling me make a payment first then only started writing the customer entry book, same time told me that you have to next day morning 11 o clock and I said I know about this online formalities you just give me a bill for the amount he has collected. Immediately he was giving me handwritten bill , I asked you collected amount inclusive of GST , then why are you giving me a handwritten bill ,give me a GST bill, he was hesitant and tried to convince me to get a handwritten bill, i insisted then only he was prepared and gave me the bill. This is not a professional business approach. They have to do transparent business with more focused customer base approach.

They helped with the bag as there was no lift. The hotel called to confirm and this was reassuring. They provided extra sheets and pillows.

location of the hotel was shady. The hotel has a bar attached, so the crowd that comes in and goes are primarily a drinking crowd. Also, parking was difficult, the watchman went elsewhere and finally i was requested to park in the adjacent lot.
