Bergman Mountain Hotel

Beautiful room with incredible views. Very comfy, large bed. Friendly, knowledgeable hosts. Delicious breakfast! Excellent spa.

Nothing at all.

We liked the location, the look and feel of the hotel, the privacy and intimacy it afforded us and the people around us. The food ooh my! The comfort and openness of our room,the view and the effort plus the decor detail. Most importantly it felt like a family affair and nice interaction with the owners and the staff. Well done guys your hotel is world class, still not sure about its rating it really deserves 10* rating.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was just too perfect

We had the best experience in this lovely hotel. We stayed here during our ski vacation and everything(!) was perfect - the staff, the architecture, the ambience. We sure will come back there!

The owners are extremely helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. The staff shared rental links and passes, explained how things work, and drove us to and from equipment rental and school. The spa has a good sauna and jacuzzi outside. TV sets have chrome cast.

The jacuzzi in the room is rather noisy. One of the tv sets did not have Crome cast properly set up. The bathroom door did not lock. On Xmas dinner, the waiter asked us to leave shortly after we finished dining, without telling before the time limits of the table. The location is pretty far from the bus station or ski lasses (but the personnel drove us to and from those locations).

Everything was perfect; hotel interior, room, view, ski in and out, location, service 10+, staff & owners, spa and breakfast.
